At the point of our first meeting (“Screening session”) we will always give you our honest opinion about the likely outcome of an assessment and to help you decide if now is the right time to consider an assessment on behalf of your loved one.

We request a deposit of £500.00 at the point of booking your diagnostic appointments to secure the session times. The remaining assessment fee is due ahead of the feedback appointment once diagnostic sessions are complete. Please note that any offered sessions are not confirmed until this payment is received by us.

As a small practice we do operate a cancellation policy, which we hope feels fair, and ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you are no longer able to attend an appointment with us. Sessions cancelled with under a week’s notice of an appointment occurring cannot readily be offered to other families and will mean losing any deposits paid.

All Assessment Fees include a comprehensive report with personal recommendations and a feedback appointment.
