WHY WORK WITH US

Our Focus on People

We listen to what is important to you. Our assessments are comprehensive with a focus on considering the current and future needs of clients and their families to allow the right support to be put in place at the right time.

The majority of each assessment can be completed virtually, allowing you to access appointments from the comfort of your own home, or other preferred location.

You listened! As a family we had struggled for over a year with mental health worries and uncertainty with our teenage daughter.  When I approached Insight (formerly ChATs) I was still unsure about my instinct that it could be autism, but Steve and Sarah showed such empathy and understanding that I knew we’d made the right decision to go for an assessment. It was actually really therapeutic for me, as a mum, to be listened to and validated.

As a 51-year-old mother, the process of questioning my neurodivergence has been a very long road to navigate.  From the moment of my first email to Insight ND through to the final report received, I have been treated with an extraordinary amount of kindness and understanding.  I found each of the steps of the process clearly signposted which made it much easier to navigate through.  I felt safe to be completely honest and I was able to share things I had never shared with anyone.  The assessment is incredibly thorough and I was given enough time every step of the way.  I cannot begin to tell you how liberating it is to receive my diagnosis after all these years of challenges and to have clear steps for the way forward.
