At Insight Autism & ADHD Services we provide private autism and ADHD assessments for children, young people and adults across Hampshire — including Winchester, Eastleigh, Fareham, and surrounding areas.
WHAT WE OFFER
We welcome families from across Southampton, Hampshire and Berkshire.
Our team of experienced clinicians take a neuroaffirmative approach, recognising and valuing neurodiversity as an important part of human variation.
Every assessment includes one in-person appointment at our clinical rooms in Southampton or Winchester, with all other stages completed remotely. This hybrid model means families across Hampshire can access high-quality, evidence-based assessments without needing to travel multiple times.
We provide specialist assessments for:

All assessments follow NICE guidance and include a developmental history, clinical interviews, and standardised tools. You’ll receive a comprehensive written report with clear, practical recommendations.
OUR APPROACH
Our hybrid process is designed to be flexible and accessible

Initial contact – You get in touch via our website form or email.

Pre-assessment questionnaires: Completed remotely to gather background details before attending a session held remotely.

Diagnostic appointments including 1x in-person session: Conducted in Southampton or Winchester (this is the only part that requires attendance) and one remote appointment.

Feedback session: Delivered remotely by video call, with a detailed written report provided.

Post-assessment support: Ongoing therapy, coaching or advice sessions, offered remotely for convenience.

Your one required in-person appointment will take place in Southampton or Winchester, with all other stages (including feedback and therapy) completed remotely.
