Autism & ADHD Assessments
At Insight Autism& ADHD Services, we provide private autism and ADHD assessments for children, young people and adults across Berkshire — including Reading, Newbury, Bracknell, Wokingham and surrounding areas.
WHAT WE OFFER
We welcome families from across Southampton, Hampshire and Berkshire.
Our experienced clinicians take a neuroaffirmative approach, valuing neurodiversity as part of human diversity and helping each person understand their own strengths, challenges and identity.
Every assessment includes one in-person appointment at our Southampton or Winchester clinic rooms (and, in future, our planned Berkshire location). All other stages — including interviews, feedback and therapy — are completed remotely, so travel is kept to a minimum.

All assessments follow NICE guidance and are led by experienced clinicians. You’ll receive a thorough written report with clear, personalised recommendations for home, school or work.
OUR APPROACH
Our hybrid process is designed to be flexible and accessible

Initial contact: Reach out via our online form or email.

Pre-assessment questionnaires and introductory appointment: Completed remotely from home.

Diagnostic sessions: One face-to-face session in Southampton or Winchester (and soon, in Berkshire) plus one appointment held remotely.

Feedback session: Delivered remotely by secure video call.

Post-assessment support: Therapy or coaching sessions, currently provided remotely.
This model allows families across Berkshire to access high-quality assessments while only travelling once.

Until our local Berkshire clinic space is confirmed, all in-person appointments take place in Southampton or Winchester, with all other stages completed remotely.
Our flexible process means you only need to travel once, and everything else — from questionnaires to feedback and therapy — happens online.
